Eligibility Criteria

Any event/campaign/activation executed during the following period shall be eligible to participate in the Award Show.

Eligibility Window (All Categories A–E): 1 November 2024 to 28 February 2026.

Important Note on Campaign Duration

Campaigns or activations that start before or end after the above-mentioned period will also be considered eligible, provided that:

• A substantial portion of the campaign/activation falls within the eligibility window, and

• Measurable results or outcomes have been achieved during this period.
  ​

Example: A brand activation that starts in October 2024 and culminates in March 2026 will be considered eligible if the major execution and measurable results occur between 1 November 2024 and 28 February 2026.

Eligible Location Criteria (India Only)

• The campaign/event/experience/project must be executed within India to be eligible for participation.

• Entries may be submitted by any company/brand/institution/association/organization or agency, provided the execution has taken place within India.

• Campaigns executed outside India will not be considered eligible, irrespective of the client or agency location.

Client Confirmation Requirement

• At the time of application, an auto-generated email will be sent to the client for confirmation.

• Only entries that receive client confirmation will be considered eligible for the Award Show.

• If client confirmation is not received, the entry will be disqualified from further participation.

Note:

• The client may be contacted for additional verification at any stage of the evaluation process.

• All eligibility conditions must be fulfilled. Any entry failing to meet any of the stated criteria will be deemed ineligible.

• In exceptional cases where client confirmation is unavailable, entrants may write to the Award Management with a detailed explanation.

• The decision of the Award Management in such cases shall be final and binding.
